This meditation was originally created as part of an online course for artists to connect with their angels as taught by my wife Sheri Ponzi. One extremely beautiful aspect of this meditation is that I created a whole improvised piano track, and this music undergirds the entire meditation, making this experience even more joyful and beautiful.
