There is a single large category of severe karmic afflictions noted in the Vedic Tradition, called "Brahmahatya dosha".

This affliction happens when 1 or more of several types of severe events happens to us (or are committed by us) in our past lives or in our ancestral lineages. The more intense the "sin" in our soul's history, the more unresolved the karma will tend to be, and the worse the energetic effects will be into our present lives.

Another factor in all of this, however, is that we may be inheriting this type of severe karmic affliction from our ancestors, even though it isn't a strong factor in our own karmic history. In this clearing, we are going to clear both the karma of our personal soul and the ancestral inherited component.

When these specific severe problems have happened in our soul history, and they remain unresolved because we don't remember them happening and we don't know how to clear them, we may be unable to manifest good in our lives no matter what we try with our physical action.

13. abusing people (especially women, the poor, children, the developmentally disabled, and the disadvantaged)

14. neglecting to honor, remember, and do regular clearing work for your ancestors

Strictly speaking, astrologers may attempt to diagnose this affliction by analyzing your birthchart. However, my guidance suggests that the energy of this affliction can affect us even if an astrologer cannot find the exact diagnosis in our chart. In fact, my guidance suggests that 100% of the people reading this have the energetic patterns of this affliction somewhere in their soul's history, and for each of us on average, about 50% of our ancestors also have it. So this particular clearing can cover a lot of bases and clear a tremendous amount of heavy karmic weight that is restricting us.
